One of the first small-scale prototypes for a dining table with a compound angle mortise and tenon structure. See our blog for the full construction, and the jig we designed!
Designed to create compound angle table legs with ninety degree tenons, this jig is shown with a table leg clamped to it, in the process of creating the shoulders and tenons.
A special jig was designed and created at the Chairmaker and Friends, to allow for both a compound angled leg and a mortise and tenon joint. These will eventually hold up a rustic table top, secured with vintage nautical turnbuckles.
This gorgeous table was dreamed up by some very creative clients, built in shop, and is shown ready for finishing. Check out our Custom Designs page for more details on our harp table.
This frame has been stripped of its fabric, finish, and all of the interior contents that would make up the seat and back. It’s ready to be reinvented.
